Pull out the two plastic rivets on top, squeeze the brackets/ears/whatever-they're-called on the sides, pull up and out. I followed a Youtube tutorial. The side squeeze was by far the hardest and I think a screwdriver helped. You need new plastic rivets afterwards as the ones you pull out will be ruined.
