right so a bit of advice needed right about now, my seat leon cupra r 2004 bam engine started chugging while driving, sharp gear changes, fuel rage is up and down in a crazy fashion and then the speedo stopped working! I looked into this and all the symptoms pointed more or less to the speedo sensor in the gearbox, changed that today to find out it's not cured anything other than remove the eml off the dash! ..... help help HELP!!!!!!

You need a code reader as it literally could be anything.

Are you using Carista/Torque , you may need Vagcom/VCDS for the codes.

I would have thought that any of the common faults would throw a code, MAF, Coil Packs, Vacuum Leak, Temperature Sensor etc
