Garage put 505.01 oil in and I need 507.00

Idiot garage put VW 505.01 spec oil (Triple QX C3) in my PD170 with DPF which requires only 507.00 spec. They were bloody clueless when I told them about it, they said "it's 5w30 long life" I'm like yeah but it's not the right bloody spec.

Anyway I told them they were **** and walked out. Soooo it it safe to drive around for a few days as I've bought the correct oil but don't have the opportunity to change it right away?

Should’ve had them change it for the correct oil!

Don’t think it’s good to use it a lot whilst it has the wrong oil in it!
I had a PD engine previously and sure I recall there being issues with cams wearing away when the wrong grade oil was used
