Any body know how much oil a 2009 Cupra gear box holds and how often it should be changed?

Assuming 02m code box, approx 2.3L. I'm sure you're aware the proper way to obtain correct level is to fill until it comes out the filler plug with the car level, not refill by volume....

Supposed to be lifetime, change every 50k to keep it nice in my book. Some do it around 100k.

You might want to advise us what oil you're planning to use as some types of oil aren't suitable for certain 'boxes.
