Sounds to me like the Transit with the Jaguar XJ220 running gear. It ran at the BTCC a few years back during a lunchbreak at I think a Donington round. It was a test vehicle used by Jag and was due to be scrapped, but it was rescued. I like the copy of The Sun on the dash and the other white van man rubbish in the front.

We went for the full weekend and thoroughly enjoyed every minute, racing/static/air displays, the people, the weather all fantastic. There was way too much to see and we're looking forward to going next year!!!

Minimised costs for the weekend by taking in bottles so we could fill with water, took sandwiches on Saturday.

Make sure you take rock pegs as the ground was really hard this year (I'm glad I took mine ). We were at the bottom end of the field and had loads of room, other pitches in the middle of the field were really rammed in!

Hope to be there next year, had free tickets for the Friday but couldnt make it so gave them away.
