Actually when i think about it may fit just fine. I think that a bit of it has broken when i was pulling it off filter housing thats why i had a problem with mating it with 19mm pipe.

good work greesha... 19mm does sleeve over the elbow fine.

the blue pipe on your tank mate, what pipe is that?? mine is sliding off slightly due to being a little too thick, i have the black hose on your other inlet... whats the blue hose please mate and diameter, or wall thickness should i say??

Re: Greesha's - imperial blue cupra (now with FMIC photos)

this is a silicone hose that i bought earlier for replacing breather hoses. Wall thickness is 3mm so overall outside diameter is 25mm. Unfortunatly this isn't oil grade piping so i will have to look for replacement soon.

errm... horizontal isnt ideal mate, the oil will settle near the inlets... needs to be vertical

is the other piping the one i linked to you greesha?

yes rest of the piping is the one you linked me to so should be fine. The ond going from filter housing to T piece is oil grade rubber

There is a branch of TPS in my city

55 pounds or something like that.

Ahh yes we have one quite local too, bought a few parts from there before.

And I know what you mean about that L shape pipe on the lower oil housing breather and the circlip, I used a long neck screw driver to press the edges of the pipe downward into the housing, then managed to get my hand right in for the clip. Scratched arms of course.

i can see that its no longer clear actually. Whole pipe got a bit brownish. But i cant see if there is anything gathering on the bottom. I guess i will have to open it today and check if anything is coming ou of the bottom.

I gave my friend a lift to mechanic today. He picked up his scoobie sti which is supposed to have 320hp.

Way back was a bit faster than getting to mechanic. I must say little Leon has nothing to be ashamed off :) Im quite torn now. My premium increased by 100% this year. I spent about 500 pounds monthly on the car (credit+insurance+few tanks, not counting in any upgrades). Its a lot of money. Im not sure if it makes sense to keep the car. Actually im sure it doesnt but it gives me so much fun Its really hard for me to part with it :<. I know it would feel great when I will do stage 2 on it. Im still missing TBE which will be around 400 - 500 (2nd hand) and then stage 2 will be another 300. Then i could use better suspension, ARB's, brakes... and lists go on. Im just not longer sure anymore if I really want to go this way (or actually if I can afford that). Maybe I will just sell the car and buy some 125cc bike, drive it for a year, save some money and then buy a car.

Im TORN !

Ive spent some time under my bonnet fewdays ago. Ive decided to clean it up a bit as it was in a terrible state thanks to some boost leaks and leaking rocker cover gasket. Now those issues are sorted so cleaning ahs some sense :)

Its is still FAAAAAR away from those blinging state of the art engine bays but im sure you can see the difference straight away :)

Vast improvement buddy. Really looks clean and tidy now.

I like the finish on the inlet. High temp works a treat.
