Some pictures of a work in progress Ibiza Cupra of Seans, in for GT30 turbo, external mvs tial, etc etc and mapping to suit.
Manifold is Badger5 manifold tailored to suit ibiza fitment and clearance of coolant pipes out of bulkhead.
Essentially the same spec as the mk2 golf is having done, but compact compressor housing used on this one as there is'nt room otherwise..

well actually.. from the new year I am going full time badger5.
I have taken the difficult decision finally to walk away from my company of 26 years where I am currently their Engineering & Facilities Manager, to go full time Badger5.
    eak!

I finish the day job of 26 years next Friday. :( :) :( :) mixed feelings after all these years, but I have to try Badger5 full time else I would regret it for years to come no doubt. The opportunity to take voluntary redundancy came up, so I applied and they accepted.. Walk away from a reasonably well paid job to go full time cars with some money in the bank as a buffer.

    Fingers crossed it works out.
    :)

Good luck Bill, hope everything goes well. It should do judging by the quality of your builds. And you'll be able to get these projects done much quicker too :). I really should get round to coming up and getting my car on the dyno. Just installed my own tune to it so would be nice to see what it's making now.

Good luck with it Bill, no doubt you'll succeed. :D

Back on topic, gotta love how compact those v-band gates are. You had any problems with the WG being too close to the coolant hose from the bulkhead then, hence the adjustment?

wastegate clearance never been a problem, but phat comp housings do get close to the bulkhead.
manifold design has changed on the next ones due to allieviate this. wedge is also very handy to tip things away.. worked well.
