    drove the car on the road yesterday for 1st time..
    spools 1bar@3500rpm and drives a lot smoother than the power plot would show.. Spool on dyno looked to be more 4krpm, but its a good 500rpm sooner than that.. 5th on motorway speeds, pulls well from 70mph odd.

    It turns left under power tho eak!...

    diff required as is tracking/geo check

    Nice, diff is a must on that kind of power, one of the best things ive bought for my car.

    Largeport or smallport Bill? Am i right in saying its a ported built small port?

    If smallport and SEM with larger TB how much dou think that helps with spool?

    I cant say re spool... no reference to compare.

    on the road driving is much nicer than the dyno plots and logged boost onset looked.. Thankfully!

    Diff = must have fo sho

    Hopefully im going to see a difference when i build a largeport head and hopefully a SEM.

    hi bill where could i get 1 of these wedges from for the manifold? my turbo will rest on the bulkhead with my manifold fitted and from test fitting it for size etc on my mates car i think there will be a few mm's between it fitting or not.

    probably.. but not got T25 drawn up.
    What EXACTLY are you trying to adapt? what height what length what angle etc etc etc

    shafts should be ok.. I have only broken one once. (killed several CV's however)

    Not too bothered about CV's lol they're easy enough to replace. My OE diff is bolted rather than riveted so I shouldn't have a problem with them flying through bell housing. I'll live in hope :p

    hi bill, im trying to move the turbo towards the rocker cover about 10mm as the measurements i have at the mo if i refit the engine with manifold and turbo fitted it'll hit the bulkhead there is only a few mm say about 8-12mm in it, i could modify the bulkhead with my persuader but would rather modify the manifold a bit like you have done on this thread.

    hmm.. as a one off it wont be cheap..
    I had a few flame cuts done, and just needed the one machining.. but T3.. you need T25.

    bill my wrap has arrived. did you cut the wrap out to allow for the lambda sensor. from the picture is looks like you have but i want to make sure :)
