Had my 2016 leon fr 1.4 act 150 mapped @ amd at the weekend. Was really pleased with the result. After the map the figures i was given for my car were.

177.8 bhp
325.2 nm of torque.

For a little 1.4 it now goes really well and so far i cant see much of a drop in the MPG.

I would definitely recommend Amd of lakeside.

My brother got his old mk1 Leon cupra tdi modded and mapped there. They did a great job on all of it. He had a hybrid turbo fitted and mapped. Took it from 150 bhp to about 225.

I have the 1.4tsi 150 as well. Just wondering how much difference the remap makes to the 0-62 mph time? Official figures suggest standard is 8 seconds.
Do we think the map would knock off 0.5-1 second from that?

Why worry about 0-62mph figures. You should be more interested in something like 30-60, 40-70 or 60-100 figures as they are the practical uses.

It’s not often you will need 0-60 but you will need (and want) the other figures in a real world application.

In the uk?most people cant drive faster than 60mph.proper annoying but they happy to buy performance cars and drive 50 mph on the motorway.

Agreed. Rolling start acceleration figures are much more important when overtaking.
