Handbrake Light Flashing with 3 beeps??

right i have done a serch to no avail...

Yesterday I had my rear discs and pads changed... when i picked the car up he said the handbrake light was flashing and beeping, once i got in the car it stopped, so (as i no the garage very well) i told them that if i had any more problems with it id bring it back to them.... well every time i touch the brakes now i get 3 beeps and the handbrake light flashing at me. if i go on a dual carage way run etc it doesnt flash, but as soon as i touch the brakes it goes off its head at me, thus when going through a town centre etc, its near enough constant

ive checked the fluid
ive checked the resovior cap is tight
only other thing i can think of is an abs problem???

any ideas?

usually when brake fluid is low.. top it up anyway and it should sort it

ABS problem i had this the other week on my Ibiza Cupra the cable had touched the CV boot and worn threw causing it to short and make it beep flat out so i replaced ABS sensors and re done the wires and it stopped.

abs has an independant warning light, and its yellow with a abs sign in the middle....

99% on low brake fluid, says this in the manual aswell
