Fitting the coils...

I took the coils down to VAG autocare services and Gaz fitted them for me. Fitted and ready to go in less than 2 and half hours! Pretty good if you ask me....

Now the only thing i will say is i wish i'd bought mondeo droplinks before hand lol

Ended up buying droplinks from Awesome Gti for £29.99..... I could of got them cheaper but i needed them ASAP as i was driving for a day with no droplinks.... Not RECOMMENDED driving without them.

Great service from awesome though!

I love and i mean love the stance of the ibiza now! looks incredible, im unsure just how low it is but its sitting with literally JUST enough clearance to avoid rubbin and dubbin....

The latest thing....

The latest thing i've done was thanks to

A) Seeing my mates mk4 golf with them

And

B) Speaking to Phase on here about what ones to get.

Just bought a set of SMDs for the rear license plate light, and they look so much brighter and stands out much more.

At £2.49 from eBay its a must have! also they're really easy to fit, got the butter knife out pushed the clip in and out came the bulb.... If it took me less than 5 mins then others can do it quicker.

Fitting:

And what they looked like in the evening....

Well people, as it stands i've compacted everything i've done down into a relatively small story!

I know there are some really impressive cars on here and im not trying to be one of the standout cars but at the same time i like my car and hopefully others will to :)

Type 120751545173 into eBay, a bloke there is selling pressed plates, think a lad on here Philpotts92 or someone like that has a set. Alternatively Dubmeister sell them.

As for spacers most people fit 20mm (each side) apparently hubcentric ones (has a collar in the middle of the spacer) that bolt to the hub (rather than bolt through) and then your wheel bolts to the spacer are the best ones. I don't have any so don't know personally.

Small but subtle

Just had a custom 'SCN' tax disc made for a bargain £4.99 in comparison to some of the ibiza ones on eBay!

What do people think?

yeah man i remember you! what made you get rid? it was a fine example of a beeza.
how was the zorst for you? hope it did the job. Mines coming along nicely, waiting for the day revo have their sales again and il hopefully get stage 1 map woop

haha yeah ever since i saw your beeza lowered i knew it needed to happen, just sat so much nicer than mine. not sure how much its lowered atm but its rubbing where its settled so deffo raising it up 5mm or so.

hows the new car coming along?

it was a brilliant car mate but we had it 5 years and i was looking to shoehorn a 20vt in it. this one came up at a good price so i just had to have it. i miss the yellow one loads and id have it back tomorrow but it was all show and no go. this new one is a f**king weapon, stage 2 map, 231 brake horse. slammed on its a*se, full turbo back milltek, its everything i wanted to do to the yellow one at a fraction of the price. just need the facelift bumpers etc to make it look as good. and exhaust was great dude. it made the back end look loads better, gave the car a bit of noise on idle but not too gobby when driving. it was exactly what i was after.

Yeah out here studying for a while. Ibiza is sitting at home, currently being used by the parents temporarily as their car is off the road to have a bit of work done. Would love a car over here, fuel is cheap so you can buy something with a big V8 and not be arsed about feeding it! but student budget and all that, I won't be getting one.

Its been a quiet old spell for me and my ibiza unfortunately!

All thats been done is some pressed plates and alloy refurbs to two alloys....

On the lookout for a 312mm brake set up followed closely by milltek back box, stage 1 map, dv and a new k&n.

Oh and maybe a front and rear facelift bumper muahaha

I love the summer!
