Heated front windscreen

Hi all,

does anyone know if they ever done a heated front screen?

Also if they didnt is there any aftermarket or non OEM versions you can buy?

Actually they do exist and were available for race cars which had ditched the factory heater fan set up...uber expensive though and not sure if you can still get them?

Had one in the st170 with its little wires or whatever it was...hated it so much. Once you see the lines in the screen....you know the rest.

Ahh ok cool, that why i want one haha i have removed all the heater etc from my track car haha

Was in the fords of that time. Horrible screens and I didn't have it long enough to see it it worked.

Thanks for the info Gokiwi however at that price i think ill be giving it a miss haha.

Im surprised no one has come up with something that has the same effect. even like stripes around the outside of the windscreen that causes the same effect but hay ho lol, ill stick to washing up liquid and rainx haha.
