Heated mirrors

    I have noticed that although it works fine the passenger heated door mirror takes a lot longer to clear than the driver's side.

    It is toasty to the touch so I know it works ok.

    Is there a reason it takes longer? Does the system prioritise the driver's mirror first?

    Mine is the opposite! My driver side mirror takes alot longer than my passenger mirror. I always thought there was something wrong too until i felt the driver mirror but it takes a very long time to heat up.

    Park your car facing the opposite way and see if it's the same...

    Standard OE mirror glass or a replacement, could be the answer due to different elements or glass thickness.?
