hello - looking for some advise please

hi - I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers on replacing the fuel cover flap on my misus's Ibiza, I've sourced a replacement, (I need to match the colour before i fit it), so I'm after advise on where to go for the paint & how to actually fit the new part.

Dealers will surely be the best place to get the correct colour of paint, fitting wise I can't say as I've ever looked but wouldn't have thought there was that much to it. What mk Ibiza is it?
