Hello, newbie from Newcastle area...

Hi people, im a newbie also!

Okay i bought myself a 2005 Seat Ibiza Cupra tdi last night and i need some advice on how to get it to at least 240bhp.

If i do the following & spend almost £3,000 i am bound to get an extra 80bhp?

Hybrid Turbo @ 29psi boost
Full Milltek turbo back exhaust
Uprated Sachs Clutch
Air filter
R783 Injectors
EGR disabled
Boost Gauge
then finally Remapped

Surely all this costly gear would get me over 240bhp & over 340 ft/lbs Torque?
A wee light car like this (1180Kg) with this much power would take some beating lol a Civic Type R would need at least 300bhp to beat it!!

How much would it be to get the cam-belt, water-pump and relevant tensioners to be changed at a seat dealer or at a decent garage if anybody from the Newcastle area could recommend me one that is good with seat's or the pd engines

There's a vag garage in meadow field where my mate gets his cupra tdi serviced, so they are familiar with the car mate

Cheers mate, ive found one right around the corner from where i live called volksenter and they specialise in vw, audi, seat and scoda so going to pop in and see what they can do, need a rough price as im going to view my second cupra tdi on wednesday and it seems like a great example after talking to the lad that is selling it but thats what was said about the last one i looked and it was as far from the truth as possible

I went to view a Ibiza Cupra tdi on Wednesday and pulled up to the house and saw the car and I was instantly in love, had a good look around the car and took it on a long test drive and the smile on my face was massive. Car has 114000 on the clock and is in black and in amazing condition for its age but obv has the usual car park dng etc, need to get the cambelt changed and water pump to the metal impella version, will upload some pics soon for you all to see
