Been lurking for months and finally joined up. Had some great info from this forum and seems to have some great people and knowledge abound.

Welcome Buddy,

What car have you got? Any mods done?

When you get enough posts up you'll have to pop up some pictures.

Cheers

Nice! the MK3 Cupra seems to be very popular!

I think I'm stuck in the past with my MK2 Cupra R haha

Plenty of things to do if you decided to, did you go for the DSG or manual?

You thought about or seen the National meet we're having in Donington in July? (click the pic in my sig for info) It would be a good place for you to get ideas as I see a few MK3 Cupra's going.

Cheers

I went for the manual. In hindsight i wish i had gone for the DSG, for pure ease of accelaration. Never had a car this quick before. Next time it will be paddle shfter! Still, makes me smile everytime i drive it!

I have seen the meet info but i am on holiday in Portugal then.

I see the benefit of having a DSG but I would still miss the satisfaction of a manual gear change even if its slower haha

I love that surge of power from my measly 265BHP lol coming from a 125bhp 1.0 Ford Focus it's still making me smile after 5 months lol

Enjoy buddy!
