Help please

I brought a seat Ibiza 05 plate with 2 keys ones the master key on buttons on it the other has 2 buttons I have tried for days to sync the key to the car but to no success I have tried all sorts of different methods the key will start the car and lock an unlock manually but the buttons won't work any ideas please
Also I want to swap the seats for something a bit nicer there worn what seats will fit straight in thanks

Does the key have a little led? And is it flashing when you push the buttons? Could just need a new battery.

Yes the little led is flashing I just changed the battery for a Duracell one cost me a fortune they did !!!!
