horn problem

Hello! I have a problem with the horn of my car, LEON FR 2013 TDI 150, does not work.
The fuses are ok, maybe it's a relay ?!
is there anyone who has the diagram or the position of the relays?

Sorry can't help with relay locations but have you eliminated the horn as at fault? Why not short out horn direct to 12v and see if it works.
