How do I replace front window switches (plus pic of my new glossy parts)

Ive not long got my Cupra so am tidying up a few bits. Just fitted new boot struts and went to the paint shops to have the diffuser glossed in black. Plus the steering wheel lower section and new domed plates.

I now have some new switches for windows as the black is starting to wear off the current ones.

How do I get the old ones out? I’m really hoping I do t have to remove the door card.
