Should i of received at least a build date for this yet? since ordering im yet to hear anything from the deal been around 6 weeks.
I wouldnt get too worried, it took 2months for me to even get my build date, i ordered my cupra towards end of december... and my build week is now week 11. so i would give it another week or so and start calling them up finding out.
i would guess your build week would be very soon, if you havent heard anything from them yet? I planned on getting mine on a 2010 plate... so cant be fussy!

i ordered an FR near the start of feb and got told yesterday theres a production hold up. not been to see him yet but will post up if theres any news

Yeh mate i ordered mine end of jan. Got told a estimate of 25th April then they said the is a production problem and mine would be delayed till 20th May. I want my car
hey guys i wouldnt worry about this, as this is what happened to mine, i got given a week build date of week 11, then it went back to week 14... and now its back to week 11. they do this just to cover themselves, so if their date they give is wrong then they got the gap to cover their backs and will give you a more accurate date closer the time.
I was due to pick mine up on monday being the 1st of March meaning nice new 10 plate got a phone call on fri saying that the car i ordered has turned up with none of my oppitional extras they are now in the process of trying to fix it so its gonna be another few weeks

LOL. At least yours got here. Mine has to be re-built after failing quality control. Didn't even make it out the factory hahahahahahahahaha. Ordered last year October and should now be here mid April if all goes well.
Man if that happens to mine i will be so P'd Off! feel sorry for you bud! as mine is due to come mid april! maybe be on same ferry?! haha.
They have done what they can. Factory said re-order and get in November, dealer said no way. So they got new build date mid march for mid april delivery. If something goes wrong again, I just don't know. My boss has another theory that perhaps someone from HO pulled a few strings for a friend and got mine diverted to them as they did not want to wait and they are just spinning me this story to make it easier. I will never know the truth anyway but just want my car now, I think I have waited long enough hehehehehehehe
**** im the worse off. ordered mine late NOV . told last week he had ordered the wrong car , FR instead off a BOC , Gutted , just getting over it now, so think your selves lucky, u will all get yours before me.......
