Ibiza FR Fog Light Trim Removal

Trying to remove the trim from the fog light, there is a hole with a screw behind but doesn't seem to unscrew. Don't want to force it off & damage it even more. Anyone know how to remove it?
Have ordered a new part at approx £55 from Seat but only comes in a unfinished state & have been quoted a price of around £100 to get it to the gloss black which is on the car.
Does this sound reasonable?

I wouldn't think it would be that difficult to by the correct spray paint, primer and clear coat (if it needs this) and do it yourself.

I have heard you have to be very carful removing this very thin bit of plastic crap of trim. Have to pop it out carefully all the way around with a trim removal tool.

When I changed my fog light bulbs. I chose to avoid this whole scenario. By going in from underneath. I removed the sump coving and got access from the back. As only had new uncorroded toque screws to deal with. So not much I could damage really. Any I did do would not show.
