Independent VAG specialist - north west

Anyone recommend a reliable and reputable indie vag specialist on the NW? I'm after cruise control retrofitting on my audi a3 saloon however audi want 2 or 3 hours @ £100 an hour so looking for other options!

Tried them, they said whilst they can fit the part they are unable to do the coding for it.
