Instructions?

OK, this might sound like the daftest post ever, but here goes anyway

I pick up my new Ibiza in a day or 2, sat by the latest i hope.

I keep reading about things it can do, like the trip computer, the way the door locking works etc etc. but is there any where you can download an instruction manual, or do i have to wait till i get the car? Just need something to pass the time till i get the car, and wanted to learn more about how it all works. The brochure tells you things it can do, but not how etc. Or is it just so simple I'll work it out in 5mins anyway.

You get an instruction manual mate, alot of things from there explain themselves.

I assumed i got a manual, i just wondered if it was possible to download one anywhere while im waiting for the car?

upgrading from an m reg astra diesel to a brand new ibiza sport is kind of exciting.

The only instructions i have had for the astra was 'whilst turning the key in the ignition it is advised to pray'

yep, 2k for a car valued at £180. not a bad return on a car bought for 1k 6 years ago.

I notice Dave you're from Warrington and mention IMG in another thread.

yeah they are a really good bunch of people, who are you buying your car from if i may ask.

i had a little problem with mine as i ordered ESP but it didnt come, i went in to see Matt The manager and he gave me a full refund, some free mats and said he would do me a deal with the body kit which i am thinking of getting in february so excellent customer service all round, i bought my car from Mike who was really helpfull every step of the way

i visited the dealership a few times before i got my car due to the excitement and although they should have got annoyed with all my questions they were always happy to explain anything to me

what model are you getting by the way?

It's a 5dr 1.4 sport with bluetooth, emotion red. Nothing too amazing in the car world, but very amazing in comparison to our astra.

I would have probably gone for the ESP, but they had one in without, so something i will try to forget about,
like im sure you have.

Been pretty helpful on the phone, im dealing with Mike on the phone, but went to see the car and made the deposit with Mat.

they are both really nice guys, i think the youth in my blood took over when i got mine, candy white 1.4 SC 17" black alloys tinted windows, climate control, sports accesory pack, leather interior, ill look out for you on the road =D

picked it up today. dead happy

seemed immaculate, all as should be. Mike was great, all straight forward, no issues.
Thumbs up for IMG, no mucking around.
Doing the same as every new owner now, thinking of places to go, lol!
