Interior Light - Bulb Change

I'm wanting to change the interior light on my 02 Arosa, but i don't know how to get into the bulb?

Wanting to change it to an LED bulb to make it look brighter. What kind of bulb is it in the arosa?

Festoon, T10 or Ba9s?

You need to gently pull the surround of the unit and it will all pop out. Then pull the plug out the back and it free's the unit up. There is a slide panel at the back and the bulb sits in that. It should have a festoon bulb in there.

I was looking to get an LED bulb in mine.

Got an LED bulb in the interior light now and i now have 2 LED number plate bulbs! looks good!

Where did you get them from?

I got the number plate LED bulbs from eBay and then the interior one from a place on the internet, i casnt find the place, but if you type in festoon LED you will be able to find it on there

Thought i would post an update for you to tell you how to remove interior light, it's simple.

The easiest way is to get a flat head screwdriver and stick it between the case and the plastic, then gently ease it off. simple.
