Interior Lights

Hi Guys.
I am waiting to upgrade my interior lights to LED's for my new Seat Ibiza FR Sport.
I had a FR 1.2 MK5 previously and it was easy but struggling to work out how to get access to the bulbs near the headliner in the middle.
Does anybody have a guide of point me in the right direct as I do not want to force anything and the risk of damage.

From what I remember when I changed mine you insert a flat head screwdriver into the back of it and prise it out. It gives you instructions in the manual as well.
