Change my filter regular just make sure the filter housing is full of diesel to the point it's nearly overflowing when you put top back on and all will be fine

In short no do as above remove the bolts when you take the old filter out make sure to pour it back into the housing change the O ring inset the new filter turn the ignition of let the pump prime for a few seconds then start it up, How it's done In a seat dealership anyway.

So basically, rather than prime it with VCDS just pre-fill with fresh diesel and then run as normal? (I always wait for the lights to go out/noises to stop before starting)
