what a day!...

right guys, wat a day!

got up at 5.15am and Haiden met me at my house and we left at 6am... i got home at 9pm!

im goin bed in a min as im shattered!

before i go into it... jabba said i was seeing 6s and 7s in the cylinders with my standard map and that 11 was seen on their map when i went there last week (i thought the 6s/7s were on their map, not mine!)

anyways the results...

before the remap i got 223bhp and i think 226lbs of torque.

and after i got 270 bhp and 349 LBsof torque!

jabba and I did expect more, (about 280bhp) but they said that it could be their new dyno!?! (they are mapping a standard LCR in a couple of days so it will be good to see what that gets (for a comparison!))

but anyways, almost 50 bhp increase and 120 ish lbs of torque more!

im well chuffed with the torque figure... id rather have more torque than bhp!

on the road she pulls really strong!

im sure michael said im running 1.65 bar... on my boost gauge (which michael said reads 1.5 psi too low!) i was seeing it peak at 25 psi (i think... it was dark!) and holding at 21ish psi.

anyways, my car now flies :)

i can only imagine wat IHI is like!

over and out!

james :)

ps. il put up some power graphs 2mo or sunday when i get a chance!

pps. big shout out to H
for his company for the whole day! :D

oh yea forgot to say... did some loggin on the way home... highest number i saw in cylinders was low 2s and a 3 (which is wat mike said it was) so thats all good, and as for air flow, i got a peak of 208 g/s which sounds about right :)

that was my point....

did the 'peak' torque reading show as a spike? (wheelspin?)

shouldnt really let people walk out with a graph that has the wrong scales on it

350lb/ft.

Blimey imagin waht they would get with a TDi, 600 lb/ft here i come.

Think they may have made a slight error here for sure.

In normal situations the ecu would control the n75 directly taking reading from other sensors the ecu can adjust as it wants to, i guess the boost control intercepts the signal from ecu to n75 and is used to adjust the n75 as the boost controller see's fit.

Good results on the Lcr, as long as the customer is happy.
