Realised that i actually had 2 readers ride threads

So i have decided to consolidate the 2 by deleting the old... And creating a new

I have had the car for about 18months now, and haven't really got round to creating a readers ride thread. So here is what she looked like when i got her new (except the bee sting) . It is a Ibiza Facelift FR 20VT

Bought it from Bartletts of hastings, Great dealership IMO

Update

Started to modify the car slightly:

I have added a PD160 Intake & Adapter to allow a slightly larger volume of air into the car. Alos, coupled this with a cotton panel filter & removing the restrictive flap from the intake piece.

Car seems to be a lot more free revving now, which is always good for performance...

Also, added a Forge 007 Valve to replace the standard plastic one, some philips bluevision headlight bulbs & LED Interior bulbs.

Update : Callipers & De-Badge

Next...

I decided that i wanted to paint the callipers and debadge the back of the car to make the wheels stand out slightly better.

Also added a SCN sticker to the back

Update : Exhaust & De-Wiper

Next i decided to remove the rear wiper to give it a slightly smoother effect...

Also, had my miltek 6x4 oval Cat-Back fitted..... Sounds so sweeeet now

Next..

I decided that i wanted to De-Badge the side also, and spend 7 hours cleaning it.

Then it decided to rain

Got myself a set of TT Pedals, they look much nicer than the black. (sorry for dirty car )

Actually, this is your third one so far......
I always think it's a shame whem people delete threads that others have taken the time to contribute to.

Yes, that is what i mean, i had two active at one time, so i decided to consolidate and make the third...

I wasn't told about the consolidation of the other two, i went to read my thread again this morning and found that it made absolutely no sense, so i had to delete it otherwise people wouldn't understand what was going on.
Sorry to everyone that contributed and that has been deleted. Just thought it would be easier for something that was comprehendible

These have made a MASSIVE differance to the handling, they inspire much more confidence in handling of the car, so much better than the "boatish" standard suspenion

Just managed to pick myself up a SeatSport Strut brace & a bonnet bra...

Will get some photo's when they are on @ the weekend. Hopefully this will now protect my (to be) freshly painted bonnet.

Yer, got myself a boost gauge to go in at the weekend also. Fairly similar to yours and kriso's install. Where did you attached yours too the DV vacum hose?

Yep, I put a T in from the top of the DV line mate.

Gotta agree! I might (and its a big might) get a new Leon, but I'll not delete my Ibiza thread, just change the title and keep on going, eventually it'll be like a history of all my cars over time!

Back on topic, car looks so much better lower, I didnt realise the FR's sat so high in the first place!
