Mmm nice!

I spy an LCR in the background getting very excited about it's new potential power coming soon.... ;)

Haha yer it's in a bit of a sorry state at the moment, going to need a SERIOUS clean after it's finished it's got a thick layer of dust on it :(

Just waiting on my bits from the USA and then I can send the gearbox off to be completed next week and should be able to get the engine back in the car next weekend (fingers crossed)

Need to have a look at making a bracket to support the turbo and relieve the mani of some weight, the mani is 3mm stainless and should take the weight but I don't like uncertainties so would rather try and fab something up to support it.

A small update, got a bit more done on the car today got the old down pipe off the car to put into the box of bits that I'm selling, also finished drilling the old diff out

What PITA, managed to smash the **** out of my thumb with the hammer by accident so am looking like something out of a cartoon now. Gave the ring gear a good wash to remove all the swarf and got it ready for the diff install. Still waiting on the diff which hasn't arrived this week as I thought it would.

Thought I would take a couple more shots of the mani on the car, realised I forgot the washers first time round so had to take it off and put them on, but here it is all torqued up

Oh and here's on for your Graham! :D

There is going to be a slight clearance issue on the coolant hard pipe around the Right hand side of the head by the looks of things.

Will see how things go and possible change them for soft pipes or make it fit somehow.

All in all, a good day done.
