any build pics on that ?
Great numbers Bill
How´s EGT in collector looking?
Witch kind of paint is used on the cooler? Looks very nice and hidden, a real sleeper this is!
egt's the same on 900-920 in collector
mapping needs to be improved which is next step now its intake temps are more sensible.
Will see some more initial boost to lift mid range torque and see what happens - soon hoepfully, time is my enemy
Paint is just Redhat satin black sprayed on.. nothing special
Looking forward to see the result of the the new tweaks... Impressive setup tho.
Im very curius on how much the kutting of the blades on yours vs mine (un-cut) when it comes to low-mid range torque.
PS, Drop me a mail when the ECU harness is ready for shippment
best comparison on spool relative to clipped vs non-clipped below... comparison is wellys S300..on MBC (no clip largeport) to lupos J50.. on n75 (smallport clipped) to berks J5X.. on N75(no clip largeport)
Great comparison between the different setups
I´m runnig Greddy profec B2 EBC so it will be interesting to see the outcome
Bill, I see you used an OEM manifold.
did you fall in the upper speed range no?
OEM manifold is the best solution?
I have at the moment a CR K03 hybrid (normal version) and my turbo pressure is only minutes from about 4000 u /.
I use a Kinetic manifold upgrade, I think he is much too large. or?
manifold is large bore. not stock on this.
turbo holds boost 1.6bar (as much as I am asking from it) to 7500rpm limiter
is this what you are asking?
No I do not mean.
i use at the moment kinetic high flow manifold, but is full boost until 3800-4000 rpm to 7500rpm. N75 is ok. I have too much turbo lag. I think it is due to the kinetic manifold, because he is too big. or?
"manifold is large bore. not on this stock."
So I understand correctly that you have a stock manifold uses to which you have modified?
Greetings from Germany
I have used ported std manifolds yes previously.. on normal k03 hybrids
Bill, have you found one that isnt cracking? Are you selling these manifolds?
Thanks in advance
franken mani is what i am using on lupo currently
Im trying to find a decent mani for my setup aswell, witch obvius isnt cracking as everything seems to crack these days...
From you experience, does it seem like good build quality? Has the mani got a "splitter lip" in the collector?
frankens got no splitter no.. gaping hole and big bore.
Franken mani sounds pretty good what price do they go for? Looking on the website looks like a good company.
£200 ish I think plus shipping etc etc
cheers for the reply. thats a bargain.
whats your thoughts on it bill over standard ported manifold? also hows the build quility on this
frankenturbo one has been ok on lupo on its limited milage. came ceramic coated..
I was going to test ports std vs big bore but not got round to that on lupo as yet
