K04 Manifold Comparisons, std, hi-flow,tubular

    see how it goes' but the comments on it protruding into the gas flow and glowing no doubt yellow hot whilst being blown by a high velocity gas stream, would make me nervous about its longevity... next stop is the turbine

    Screw that, it coming off after the car is tuned. If i really feel the urge to have one i will get one of the guys over here to fabricate one up, from the sounds of it, its not really needed.

    Bill Can you remember the collectory size on the 034 manifold, i want my new turbo ported to match, i cannot remember for the life of me, 46.5mm rings a bell.

    sorry for delay rob.. it measures 46mm diameter at its largest.. its not perfectly round

    No worries, i came across this also from DH, my new F23 will be ported out to 46mm also.

    Hi I might have overlooked something but was just wondering where I could get an high flow manifold from and what sort of cost I would be looking at. As mine has cracked and don't want to go to the expense of a tubaler manifold

    mine's not ready for sale as yet... Thorough Testing remains to be done. time is my enemy and busy workshop has delayed the testing of it

    Ok no problem is there much differance between the ko4 and ko3 manifolds and if so will the ko4 manifold fit with a ko3 turbo ??
