Every so often going over bumps my front suspension knocks. Ive got a good idea of the few things it could be: ARB Bushes, Ball joints, Top mounts.

Its had new ball joints and top mounts in the past im SURE of it. and it also has a H&R Cup Kit on it. If it is ARB bushes what size is standard for a 150 tdi leon cupra (1M)

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Yep. 21mm.
I bought 19mm as I measured the bar to be about 20mm, but I didn't know about the plastic ring the bushing sits on! Just recently did mine. Glad the knocking is gone!

E: 1M ARL, inner arb bushings that is.

Just sorted out a knocking on my front suspension.. turned out to be a track rod end. Try those.

Me too, it was the front bush on the wishbone and a steering rack arm, not a leon but the same chassis.
