Really, I thought the rears would have differed with the S3 been 4WD?

Sorry was referring to fronts. Rears would generally be Golf as said.

When I was looking I couldnt find a set of FSDs for the LCR - ended up with the ST by KW setup and am very impressed - much much better than standard and less crashy

Have a look at Demon Tweeks as they sell a lot of their suspension products singularly.

You can buy Bilstein b6's and b8's individually from Euro Car Parts.

am after something that can keep standard springs/ride height because roads where i am arent great but something that will improve the crashy feel a bit and handling slightly heard the fsds where good for that, but if theres other choices anyone knows of i will look into it
    thanks
