LCR front bumper removal

Hi Guys

I know this has been covered lots on here but what I am looking for is a picture guide to removing my 2004 LCR front bumper.
I have found people posting links to a fallen angel guide? But whenever I click on the links it takes me to a celebrity magazine page?? can anyone help me please?

I may be made to look really stupid here, but I cannot find the fitting guides. I can find the intercoolers for the cupra r on their page but I cannot see anywhere about a fitting guide

I've taken the bumper off mine to fit my fmic, it's not too bad a job but there's loads and loads of bolts that need taking off. Will try and find the guide I found useful.
