if you cut and mark them up, prep the ends, square cut and minimal deburred (not chamfered) i can do these.. £5/weld plus vat & return carriage
deblinging into satin finsh done on my scotchmop wheel polisher. red scotchmop on there, lightly dressed to just make for as even a satin finish as possible

mark them up with a pen line for orientation, and numbered end to end and i will tig them up for you

bill what head is on the engine, ive got a smallport thats been ported and polished but does this limit the power outport as will choke the engine? look forward to seeing this car up and running good work again

Bill, what SEM is on there if that's a laregport head? Thought you said they didn't do a largeport SEM with TB on passengers side...
its largeport, R32 throttle body.
The ONLY fitment is passenger side throttle from SEM's
No video's as its had a cam sprocket to tensioner issue.. where the catcam bolts were rubbing on the vvt tensioner... Now clearanced and ok, waiting on the new vernier pulley to be fitted which should be tonight, then we can run it up.
Its had some electrical wiring problems, hence no progress from me for several days, but the garage who built it are popping up and getting things fixed on and off.. close to running again over this weekend I think.
