Found my (2nd?) leak - small pipe off the charge pipe to the bottom of the N75 split wide open. Looking at it I've over tightened the Jubilee which has started a split, which has propagated up the pipe (cheap jubilee as well).

Zee - yours does hold the boost well, I think the best I've seen at 5,500 is 1.22bar then down to 1 bar at the redline... I'll add it to the graph later.

Anyone with Stage 2 and no front mount got any?

It sounds like you've found the culprit Phil.
Get a piece of silicon hose to replace it. The heat above the turbo, and high pressures take their toll.

Z's looks good. I'd be interested to see a block 003 Z

A bit of LPG pipe will have to do for now

Must've been leaking for a while and slowly getting worse.

Still not sure mine's right.

Anyone with Stage 1 Revo (and no exhaust) got any requested vs actual logs?

(BTW: Thanks JW)

I still think you might have a small leak. Check the pipe from the n75 to the actuator. Mine had a tiny leak, and it was surprising how much difference it made.
Also If you've fitted a TIP, check it hasn't slipped off the turbo inlet slightly. (another problem I've had)

Good luck

Thanks mate.

You know - I was thinking earlier that the only thing I've tinkered with and not checked was the turbo inlet end of the TIP...

I had been running the N75C for a while, but the N75J looks to give more boost (on the gauge anyway).

Will swap them over and log the C tomorrow night.

Okay swapped over to the N75C and it was holding 0.9 bar at 6k in 4th.

The boost holds much better in 4th compared to 3rd. Any reason why that would be?

As my N75 isn't maxing out, doesnt look like i have a boost leak does it?

What else would cause the actual to deviate from the requested?

I'm not used to those boost levels, but from what Wilko and Saul told me, your N75 isn't trying - shouldn't it be 95%-100% ?

This is my N75 log, you can see it has the wastegate closed until actual overshoots requested then it controls it until the K03s starts to become inefficient and run out of steam. The N75 see's this and tries its best to bring the actual back to the requested (which is never going to happen).
