Z's looks good. I'd be interested to see a block 003 Z

Managed to get out this weekend in the early frost and do a bit of logging.

Did the 003 as requested, i think this was the best run, had a few aborted attempts during the hour or so i spent cruising the manchester motorway network, people getting in the way :p Could they not see i was busy logging

MAF readings seems to be ok but boost looks to be reading low and seems to drop right off. Initially i thought faulty N75 valve or boost leak but im just not sure?

p.s im new to all this an still learning so sorry for sounding dumb
Thanks in advance!

boost is ok, actual values match requested ones (better than that it's higher @top end) .

induction temperature is not too high and regarding maf values if you only have revo stage1 and no dp/high flow cat i think it's ok (it may be over 150g/s but i'm not sure).

Thanks for the reply Jay. Im just running a Miltek cat-back system with standard smic. Im just a bit confused as to why its not holding the boost as well as it used to. Always used to peak at around 21 psi then drop bk to about 17psi. Although im still running the standard intercooler i dont think heat sink is really an issue. I logged block 030 in vagcom and the CF values were all showing "0" throughout the range on all four cylinders.

Any other ideas anyone?

Just a thought to make the requested torque in warmer conditions the turbo has to work harder so more boost is required. With the very cold conditions is the turbo not having to pump as much air to make the same torque. In summer i could push my boost upto 23-25psi on a max setting now i can only get 22psi on the max setting. Maybe i have a boost leak, but on my max setting i am spiking at 22psi and holding 19psi up top. With a boost leak i dont think i could hold that kind of boost pressure at the redline. Once its on at awesome i will know more if it does not make over 300whp i know theres a prob.

Thanks Mork. Those logs were done LB9 T3 on 95RON fuel. Topped her up with optimax this morning and done some more logs with timing set at HB5 T5.

i agree with that, when temperature is lower the delivered pressure don't need to be the same to flow the same air mass

your car seems to react like mine when using HB5 setting, the requested pressure is higher but the delivered stay around same values as LB9 and maf values don't grow , quite strange

yes you should try to keep the CF under 3, your CF values are good :) you can read the SPS3/Data Logging User Guide to have more informations
