Leds licence plate

Hey Im looking for T10 5w5 led for my licence plate, I ordered 5 difrrent types of led but always get error on my MFD.
Someone already installed led at licence plate and can send me link ?
I have the New Seat Ibiza reference

No Windscreen washers. Any Ideas?

So my windscreen washers have stopped. At first I thought they were just frozen but there is no sound when I pull the stalk. The wipers work fine. I thought it might be a fuse but I can not see any mention of washers in the list of fuses only wipers.

Can anyone offer any assistance or ideas? Not the best time to not be able to clean my windscreen
