Leon infotainment system randomly turns off

Morning all
Ive had my fr from new for a couple weeks now and twice the head unit has just shut itself down and not been able to turn on for a couple of minutes. Has anyone else had this and how did you get it sorted?

Ive seen stuff that has linked this to it being cold. But this was mainly prefacelift infotainment

this happened to me the other night i bought mine new in nov 2017 left it over night and it came back on i phoned dealer and there is no update for facelift so they said they would take a look , so its ok at the moment so if it happens again i will book it in
