leon knock

Hi, before I get flamed I have searched and can't find any answer to this one.

I have an 02 Cupra 20v Turbo and there is a knock under the drivers seat (no pun intended) It sounds as though the seat rocks backward & forward under acceleration and clunks.
Is it likely to be the seat? it doesn't appear loose anywhere. Is there anything underneath in that area that it could be?

lol - sorry. in a weird mood today.

Are the seats electric? As far as I know there shouldnt be anything under there that could be making the noise. However, my mates mk4 golf does exactly the same thing only on the passenger seat.
I would check all the bolts over - it only needs to be slightly loose then the seat knocks as you pull away your weight on the seat is enough to make it move even just slightly.

Had a new seat base under warrenty on my leon for that exact problem!
