Leon (Pre-facelift) bumper removal (Help please)

My MY02 Cupra front needs to come off 'quickly' for a trial fit of my new front prior to spraying & finishing. It then needs to go back on for a few days.

I've so much on that the faster this happens the better.

I've looked at (amongst loads of other stuff) This guide.

I'd be really grateful if anyone can post any up-to-date tips that will assist in speedy removal & refit.

when I took mine off with Alex in the summer the biggest problem was getting the 4 bolts out two under the bumper strips and two lower down where the towing eye is and on other side.

The rest is just small selft tappers from what I recall. Just make sure you have a large thick blanket to stop it getting totalled when it comes off.

no problem mate I think the hardest part is actually taking the bumper strips off withouth damaging them or the bumper itself. I want to do my headlights but since i had the bumper fully color coded I'm worried about totalling the bumper so notsure what I will do.
