After doing there job for them yh. It went in for a faulty leather seat, first of all they said it would be covered then I had a call a week later why waiting for the new seat cover to say it wouldn't be. I had to take pictures and email them to the warranty manager my self and it was about another 2 weeks after that, I thought it would have been there job to do that. So in all no I probably won't be going back there.

Looks like Bristol Street for next service then due to Seat service plan :cry:

Anyone used the new Star City yet??

Have used Star City twice now, once in December for a warranty job (external temp sensor) and this month for a service. Both carried out fine, car ready when they said etc. Parking is a nightmare though!
