Lowering a car on coilovers, what needs setup ?

Decided to drop my car a little bit more for Santa Pod yesterday so wound the Wietecs down a few turns. Was this the correct course of action ?
The Neuspeed arb has adjustable droplinks, I assume I need to reset these as well.

Any guides or advice would be very welcome.

If there is an existing thread please direct me ;)

Technically you should do a full 4 wheel alignment after any geometry change.. ARB should be fine as long as it is not catching your driveshafts?

It's getting aligned this week now that both arbs are in place. It's the adjustable fronts that intrigue me :)

Although they can be adjusted to give extra clearance I think there to make it softer/stiffer? the more tension [higher] you put on the bar the less roll you should get?

They were happy with the settings you supplied and there is plenty clearance. I wound the coilies down by another 3/4" and just wanted to make sure I'd not missed anything out.
Stu said I shouldn't fiddle without understanding things so as always i ask you guys :D

RSR hate the beast as it takes longer to get it on the lifts than the jobs take :cartman:
