I am looking at lowering my FR184 and potentially fitting spacers to give the look I am after but have a quick question.

Would a 40mm drop with 10mm front and 15mm rear spacers work or would that give any rubbing issues.

    Wheels are 18's OEM

    Thanks

    Thank you for your post.

You should be ok with that setup, may get some rubbing at the rear if the car is fully loaded.

    Thanks for the reply

I would say generally the car isnt fully loaded but if the whole family (18, 16 and 11 year old kids) were in there then I guess that might cause rubbing issues?

If so do you think it would be better to just lower it 40mm or just do the spacersor would a 30mm drop work better with the spacers?

How were you wanting to lower the car - springs or coilovers?

From springs alone the lowest drop you'll get on top of the FR model which is already lowered from factory will be around 30mm so you should be fine.
