Looks great Matt. Must get my car done.
Thanks dude, makes such a difference in the metal!

I like the look of the drop you've got with the sportline springs, but i think 50mm will be to much for a family car.

So im thinking Eiback pro kit which drops around 30mm which is a nice comparmise and should avoid the misses giving me an ear full over ruining the ride quailty...

Are they a hard ride lowered 50mm?

I've also been looking @ Apex springs as apposed to Eibachs, i've been quoted £90 + vat for fitting..
The ride is honestly really good, I would even go as far to say comfier than standard and feels a lot more confident in corners.
I got my mechanic friend to fit them for £60 :), Rears take 10mins to do but the fronts are awkward and take like 40mins each.

Cars looking great Matt, love everything you've done. Given me some inspiration to throw some cash at mine.

Will be nice when the cupra wheels go on.

Thanks! Glad to hear it, was adding everything up and surprisingly I haven't spent 'that' much lol..
Think I'm going to get them fitted on Thursday, have a friend thats a tyre fitter and he's giving me a good price, so fingers crossed :)

looking good dude
Thanks!

Looks good, the car suits them very well. Want to lower mine but would want it about 10mm lower than the eibachs.
Cheers, yeah tbh I wouldn't mind if mine sat a little lower at the rear but happy enough anyway :)

Looks awesome mate. Wayyyy to much like mine tho lol.

Thanks dude, plan are front painted gloss black 'like Cupra' Triple R splitter, BTCC side skirts, spoiler, Cupra R rear diffuser/exhaust, gloss black B/C pillars :p. I'm going to have a pre fl diesel version of your motor lol

Honestly if you want a remap that is done by a vw specialist who doesn't over charge it's all about R TECH! My mate got a stage 2 on his ibiza fr and it went from 164bhp to 230bhp and with 267ft 1b of torque! The thing goes like a rocket and my other mate got a stage 1.5 on his leon Cupra R mk1 and it went from 225bhp to 280bhp! These guys really no there stuff and they wrote the maps themselves! I'm taking my k1 there next summer!

R tech are well known and reliable tuners :)

Matt is based in Northern Ireland so not handy for him, and also he's now sold his car for a subaru impreza :)
