I was driving past my local Renault garage yesterday and i spoted that they had a bright orange Megane Sport 225 04 plate with 13K on it for £12995???? I went in and enquired about it and it seems genuine. Does that not seem a bit cheap though? Has any one had any experience of these e.g running costs etc?:p

They offered £11800 for my 54 plate FR TDi with 16K on it. That would leave me £1800 in negative equity which i would have to role in to the new deal. That would stil equal £336 a month - does this sound alot to anyone? I am worried about my Leon taking an even bigger nose dive in value over the next year - will it be worth 7K? If i buy the Meagane i might not be able to afford the petrol though! Advice anyone coz this is one hell of a car!

ummm they are quite quick, we took one to the ring last ear and it handled rather well and was quite quick.

Only hing is you have to like the Quirky styling n them, i did'nt like the interior that much.

Oh and depreciation is like on a lead balloon . Personally i'd stick with the LEon Tdi if i were you. It will hold its value better and is still the better looking car, oh and its not french so will not be stubborn and go on strike ( breakdown ) like the megane will
