Mfd2 Pin Locked

Hi Everybody

A friend bought a MFD2 GPS from ebay germany and he was unable to read German display text.

He tried 3 times another pin code as saler provided because he did not understand the message. But now he has locked his MFD2 (SAFE mode is displayed)

do you know how can he unlock his MFD2 ? there is PUK code as mobile sim?


by the way, do you know where I can find a user guide for MFD2 set-up?

Not sure about how to unlock but i emailed seat in the UK and they sent me an english manual through the post.

I think that there is misunderstanding about setup user guide, I was speaking about an installation manual of the GPS within the car.

but if somebody has a good tip

therefore I doubt that SEAT sends me a user guide for the installation...

Try speaking to http://www.satnavsystems.com/ they maybe able to help. I know he sells and fits a lot of Mfd2 systems.
