Mk1 FR strange noise

Hi folks,

Just got myself a 2005 Leon FR 1.8T running stage 2, its had blistein suspension fitted for the last 70K miles and is pretty firm. The thing thats annoying me is there is a strange light clunking coming from the rear passenger side which i thought was maybe the seat top latch as read that somewhere on the forum. Anyway its still the same with the seat folded down. It’s fine on good road but slight uneven surface most uk roads and its doing this clunk.

Had car up on ramps and the exhaust and heat shield all look ok, so does the suspension inc springs so any thoughts. Experience from anyone?

Is it the top mount for the rear shocker did you check to see if any movement it the shocker when the car was in the air ?

Thanks, going to get it up in the air and give it a check today, will take a look at the top mount. Is there also rubber mounts that go on the axel?

Aye top mount sounds shot, jacked her up and bar under the hub and its knocking at the top.
