mk1 ko3s issue

hey all i new to all this tuning mallarky but here goes
my ko3s packed up 2 weeks ago so i have had it rebuilt with all new internals and k04 internals
i have also decatted the car nnow and know tht the engine management light will come on which it has
my main issue is i get a stutter at around 2500rpm as if the turbo being starved
is this because the car need remapping now
any help will be appreciated

You need more than remapping. You've gone for a hybrid turbo....you need intercooler, might get away with injectors you'll have to check, full exhaust system, uprated DV, air filter and finally a remap. Might be some other things but think thats most things.

You might get away with a remap for now to iron out some issues but no way will you be able to use that turbo to its full potential without the supporting mods

ahh i see dont wanna go the whole hog with it anyway as will end up blowing the engine lol
are audi tt injectors direct replacements ???
with regards to intercooler wht size do i need ???
