mk2 -> mk3 dashboard upgrade

I've been searching but couldn't find this, apologies if it is answerd elsewhere.

I am looking to buy a Leon but with my budget it will probably be a mk2, the problem is that I don't really like the savnav way down at the bottom. Is it possible to replace the centre unit with a mk3 version? I'm assuming not so is it possible to replace the whole dash with the modern version (satnav at the top)

No without a significant amount of work and really not something you want to bother with just to move the sat nav up a few inches.
